Enchanted Wise Women

Enchanted Wise Women was born out of my own experience passing through the menopausal portal of transformation. I hope to be of service, in my own small way, to the rising of the wise woman back into our society. I am a ravenously curious person, a dreamer, freedom seeker, sometimes rule breaker, nature devotee and overall lover of this magical life. 

 At the heart of my work with women are the beliefs that: 

• It is high time we shifted the narrative on midlife and ageing as a woman, that we remember who we are and put the wise woman back on her throne. 
• Midlife and the years beyond can be some of the best, most creative and enchanting years of our lives so far. 
• Menopause is a natural life transition & it represents a powerful invitation to transform our lives to  live more fully connected to our true passions, purpose and what fills us up. Sometimes severe symptoms are stronger invitations to make needed change in our lives. 
• Much of our suffering comes from a deep disconnection from our sense of belonging to the natural world, to each other and to spirit.   
• Mother nature and all beings that call this earth home (including us) are sacred and nature is our best teacher and refuge. 
• We are all walking, talking manifestations of divine spirit.
