Come join us for a playful afternoon of conversation, connection, and learning. Craft beautiful and delicious botanical mocktails designed for our unique health needs during menopause and beyond, so you can sip with purpose this summer!
This experience invites us to return to our innate wisdom of working with herbs, tonics, and plant allies through a relaxed, engaging afternoon. We’ll explore ingredients that taste amazing, feel nourishing, and invite a little more intention into the way we drink and gather.
The afternoon will include a few light, fun ways to get to know each other, along with guided mocktail creation led by Angela Bekwick, resident expert at Light Cellar. Angela is a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, mindfulness practitioner, writer, and lifelong student of herbalism. As part of the Light Cellar herbal production team, she loves helping people reconnect with the wisdom of plants, whole foods, and mindful living.
This is a relaxed, playful, and welcoming gathering designed to feel fun and easy. You’ll be welcomed with a mocktail creation to sip as you settle in, with a facilitated opening that includes fun get-to-know-you prompts and easy conversation starters.
From there, we’ll move into guided mocktail making with Angela, where you’ll learn how to create two botanical drinks using ingredients chosen for both flavor and function. There will be time to taste, learn, ask questions, and enjoy the experience together.
This gathering goes beyond making pretty drinks. It’s about learning how to create summer mocktails and elixirs that taste wonderful while also offering supportive ingredients for this season of life. Exploring how herbs, tonics, and plant allies can be part of a more intentional, supportive way of gathering during this stage of life.
Grab your spot early and get this great price. After the 11th tickets go to full price $125.00

That's perfect! This is a mocktail and elixir experience, so the focus is on beautiful non-alcoholic drinks.
