Forest Bathing & Group Coaching

What is this 3 hour experience all about?

Step into the forest and into yourself. This unique gathering is designed for women navigating the powerful transitions of midlife, menopause, and ageing—a gentle, nourishing space to pause, breathe, and deeply connect with yourself.


During these 3 hours, you will:


  • Relax and Reconnect: Slow down and immerse yourself in the healing embrace of nature, guided by gentle forest bathing practices that calm the nervous system and open your senses.
  • Receive Nature’s Wisdom: Experience guided meditations and forest therapy prompts that help you tune into the wisdom of the natural world—and your own inner knowing.
  • Nurture Your Wellbeing with time just for you, away from daily demands, to nurture your growth and wellbeing.
  • Clarify and Explore: Use guided journal prompts to bring clarity to a challenge or longing—something you’d like to understand more deeply, even if it’s just the beginning of a bigger journey.
  • Share and Be Seen: Connect in a supportive circle of women. Share your story (if you wish) and witness others, creating a sense of being seen, heard, and held without judgment.
  • Practice Emotional Awareness: Learn grounding techniques, emotional awareness exercises and nature connection practices that you can take with you beyond our time together.
  • Gain Insight and Inspiration: Receive group coaching support, community insight, and leave with inspired next steps for your journey.



You’ll leave feeling deeply nourished, grounded, connected, and inspired—carrying the gifts of the forest and the wisdom of community with you.

 No prior experience with forest bathing or group coaching necessary. Come as you are—just bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.


  

This Circle Might Not Be for You If:

  • Spending time outdoors, even for a      short walk or gentle activity, feels uncomfortable or unappealing right      now.
  • You prefer fast-paced, high-energy      workshops over slow, reflective, and nature-based experiences.
  • Sharing in a group setting (even with      no obligation to speak) feels overwhelming or not supportive for your      current needs.
  • You’re      looking for clinical therapy or medical advice—this event is focused on personal growth, community,      and holistic wellbeing, not professional counseling.
  • A willingness to try guided      meditation, journaling, or gentle self-exploration doesn’t resonate at this time.
  • You are unable to access the park or participate in very light physical activity due to mobility or health  concerns (please reach out if you have questions about accessibility—we want to support everyone as  best we can).


What you’ll need: 

  • Comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes  suitable for gentle walking in the forest
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated and a  light snack if you’d like. 
  • A journal or notebook and a pen for  reflection and prompts
  • An open heart and curiosity to explore both nature and yourself
  • A foldable lawn chair, stool or blanket to sit on the ground. 
  • Sunscreen and bug spray if you need it.
